She was predeceased by: her parents, Velter Cleveland Keith and Nancy Jane Keith (Pierce); and her siblings, Ruth Ditto, Janice Cottrell, Arlen Pierce and Ann Kimbro.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Cornelison; her children, Jody Cornelison (Danyelle) of Wilson and Shara Rae Ratliff of Ardmore; and her siblings, Velter "Bud" Keith (Linda) of Lone Grove, Steve Keith of Tuscaloosa, AL, Gary Keith (Sharon) of Ardmore, Tony Keith (Leslie) of Ardmore, Clint Keith (Lisa) of Lone Grove, Barbara Anderson (Gerald) of Springer, Marilyn Welch of Stratford and Carilyn Brintle (Randy) of Marietta.
