She was predeceased by: her parents, Vester Clinton and Vera Clinton (Howell); her husband Doyle Tynes; her sons, Bradley Scott Tynes and Cory Dale Tynes; her daughter-in-law Sherry A. Tynes; and her brother Jerry Clinton.
She is survived by: her children, Travis Tynes of Lone Grove, Kevin Tynes of Lone Grove, Michael Tynes of Lone Grove, Okla and Jessica R. Hedges of Grand Island, NB.; her grandchildren, Callie Tynes of Lone Grove, Joshua Tynes of Ardmore and Corey Tynes of Lone Grove; and her sisters, Alice Irwin (Haskell) of Oklahoma City and Peggy Gibson (Fred) of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1610 C St, Ardmore, OK 73401). In 1980, the couple moved their family back to Lone Grove, Okla., where she took a secretarial job for RSVP.
