It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Hicks (Lone Grove, Oklahoma), born in Gainesville, Texas, who passed away on July 27, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Hicks. He is survived by: his mother Thelma Joyce Hicks (Nail); his wife Kim; his sons, Matthew Hicks (Lezlie) of Houston, TX and Trevor Hicks (Julie) of Lone Grove; his stepfather Jerry Naylor of Ardmore; his siblings, Mark Hicks (Sheryl) of Springer and Kim Roberts of Ardmore; his grandchildren, Morgan Hicks, JeriAnn and Jentri Riner; his nephews, Ryan, Josh, Ben, Paul, Tommy and Devin; his brother-in-law Kevin Drown (Amy); and his nieces, Aubree and Addison.

In lieu of flowers and in Mike's honor, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Brain Cancer.
