He is survived by: his children, Celeste Runnels of Ardmore, Cecile Adams (Craig) of Lone Grove, Okla, Chris Runnels (Robin) of Hawley, Camille Hanks (Sam) of Ardmore and Curtis Runnels (Stracy) of Argyle, Texas.; his brother Jim Runnels of Dallas; and his sister-in-law Shirley Runnels of Dallas, Texas..
