He was predeceased by: his brothers, Darvin, Harold and Pete; and his sister-in-law Barbara Gothard. He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Tice of Ardmore, Deanna Conway (Paul) of Edmond and Penny Tibbs (Creede) of Dickson; and his siblings, Eddie Gothard (Donna) of Lone Grove, Bobby Gothard of Oklahoma City, Benny Gothard (Gloria) of Lone Grove, Faye Mangrum of Durant and Kaye Herrod (James) of Shawnee. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
