She is survived by: her grandmother Big; her children, Charles Means and TaJuanna Means; her parents, Lewis Means and Hattie Means; her siblings, Odessa Crawford, Lillie Mae Pickens, Brady Means (Heavy) and Marion L. Means (Wren); her daughter-in-law Ellen Means (Sis); her children, Nathan K. Means, Sr., Donnie J. Means (Quince), Eldoria (Rev), Johnson, Gene Autry and Phillis (Sue); her husband Phillip Washington of Ardmore; and also, Charry D. Means of Ardmore and Shenell (Cecil Maytubby) of Ardmore. She is also survived by eight children, five daughters and three sons.
