It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Shelley of Lone Grove, Oklahoma, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on August 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Cook and Merle "Taylor" Cook; her husband Jerry Shelley; her sons, Gerald Keith and Jerry Patrick "Pat" Shelley; and her sister Ava Shelton.
She is survived by: her son Marshall Shelley of Lone Grove; her daughter-in-law Roxie Shelley of Springer; her siblings, Ray Cook of San Antonio, TX, Marjorie Coslett (Jim) of Corsicana, TX and Robert Cook of Sanger, TX; and her grandchildren, Bobby Shelley (Heather) of Springer, Steven Shelley (Peachez) of Ardmore, Charlie Shelley of Springer, Marshall Shelley (Angel) of Healdton, Hayley Shelley of Lone Grove and Jade Herren of Lone Grove. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; numerous other family and friends.
