She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover L. McMillan and Eva R. Stringfellow McMillan; her husband Ronald Wynn Giddens; her son Johnny; and her brother Carl McMillan.

She is survived by: her children, Raye Lynn Geurin and Chris Giddens (Zeke Enriquez); her sisters, Jo Ann Busby and Sandra Dowling; and her grandsons, Cody Geurin, Hailea Furr and Clay Geurin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
