He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon James Melton and Etta Melton (Mayfield); his wife Ann Melton; and his siblings, Paul Melton, Jimmy Jack Melton, Phillip Melton and Sherry Ross.
He is survived by: his sons, Lee Goodin, John Goodin and Eddie Goodin; and his grandchildren, Tennison Shea and Addison Marie Shea. He is also survived by many other relatives, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Benjamin Funeral Services (114 W Cherokee Ave, Nowata, OK 74048). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Relocated Cemetery's Pine.
