He is survived by: his children, Brittany Philbee (Dexter Philbee) of Auburn, Megan Sampson of Cayuta, Matthew Sampson (Cynthia Martin) of Cayuta and Sierra Sampson (Steven Bolin) of Rose; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Desiray, Camron, Elijah (Dakota), Nicole Perkins, Sky Sampson, Johnathon Dier, Hayden Sampson, Rylee Sampson, Madison Sampson (Trenton Knapp) and Issac Shiflett; his siblings, Barbara Brown (Randy Brown) of Savannah, Wanda Yonge (Butch Yonge) of Savannah, Earl "Duke" Sampson of Savannah and Andy Sampson (Lisa Sampson) of Fulton; his former wife Carla Lafler of Rose; and also, Breeanna McGuire (Brad Helms) of Hickory, Tyler Laursen (Shawnee Laursen), Buck of Rose, Oklahoma, Drew of Rose, Oklahoma, Dominic of Rose, Oklahoma and Hazel of Rose, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
