She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomys Edward and Della Mae Tugmon (Hodson); her grandchildren, Robert "Robbie" Fronapfel, Jessica "Annie" Hughes, Bill McCartney and Robert McCartney of Krystal Tibbets, J. T; her son-in-law Michael Turner; and her siblings, Tommy Tugmon and Evelyn Stanker.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" McCartney; her children, Cathy Harshbarger (Bob) of NewCastle, Bonnie Hughes, Tomas McCartney of Tahlequah, Julia Miller of Ore City and Bobbie Turner of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jennifer Clerkin (Tyler) of Rock Springs, Jason Hughes of Dodge City, Patricia Olson (Ryan), Melissa Hughes of Rock Springs, Lance McCartney (Raquel), Jon Miller (Elizabeth) of Hayden, June Buchanan (Cale) of Tahlequah, Aeryn Turner-Long (Roy) of Forsyth, Montana, Sarah Turner of Laramie and Emily Turner (Jack Turner); her niece Nancy Forsman of Laramie, Wyoming; her cousin Danny Tugmon (Terri) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; and also Junior Mullins. She is also survived by 27 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Locust Grove Funeral Home (608 Joe Koelsch Dr, Locust Grove, OK 74352). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Chapel Church.
