He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Young. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Jeremy Vazquez (Trena) of Pryor, Cara Bellew (David) of Big Cabin and Chance Schmoll of Vinita, Oklahoma; his stepsons, David J. Martin of Tulsa and Dennis Kyle Martin of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Joshua Anderson, Kayla Robertson, Jacob Bellew, Ebin J. Martin and Brody James Martin. He is also survived by his family and friends.
