It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Lee Tramel of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Tramel; his son Bruce Tramel; and his brother Tommy Tramel. He is survived by: his wife Janice Tramel; his sons, Kevin Tramel (Donna) of Verdigris, Bryan Tramel (Gara) of Afton, Gregory Tramel (Bobby) of Hartshorne and Justin Tramel of Kansas, Oklahoma; and his sister Peggy Rhine (Jim) of Joplin, Missouri. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service (1204 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Baptist Church (306 Owen Walters Blvd, Salina, OK 74365). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at the Bryan Chapel Cemetery.
