He is survived by: his mother Donna Leona Sappington (Hendricks) of Jay, Oklahoma; his wife Donna; his children, Jason Roberts of Salina and Krissy Frailey (Brandon) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; his stepson Toby Rushing of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Thadius Rushing, Brooklyn Frailey, Farah Grissom (Eugene), Slade Frailey, Addison Frailey and Jalin Frailey; his siblings, Richard Sappington (Sylvia) of Neosho, Missouri and LaDonna Traver (Bryan) of Bristow, Oklahoma; and his sisters-in-law, Patty Roberts of Claremore and Tina Schell of Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
