He is survived by: his wife Gina Lynn Soukup (Garner); his sons, Charlie Neil McSwain of Ada, Oklahoma and Casey Nelson McSwain of Ada, Oklahoma; his stepsons, Cory Brandon Hansen (Amanda) of Coweta and Blake DeShawn Hansen (Britni Jean) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Cason Nicholas McSwain, Conner Blake Hansen, Wiley Douglas Hansen and Bailee Deanea Hansen; his sisters, Susan Fouse of Durant and Gena McSwain of Del City, Oklahoma; and his nephew Jason Fouse.
