He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Welsh II and Margurerite Welsh (Davis); his wife Chris Welsh; his children, Nancy Barker and Bill Welsh; and his brother Glenn Welsh.
He is survived by: his children-in-law, Shari Welsh and Bob Barker; his sister-in-law Barbara Welsh; his grandchildren, Sean Welsh, Ashley Welsh, Anthony Devore and Johnny Miller; and his great grandchildren, Conner, Madison, Khloie and Aidan.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Oklahoma Baptist Children's Home or the Lindsay Senior Citizens' Center.
