She was predeceased by: her parent Alzie Mae Fullerton (Meredith); her husband Roy Hackney; her father John Fullerton; her son Timothy Lloyd Whitehead; and her sisters, Johnnie Mae Barnett, Irma Dee Archer, Billie Ruth Bryant, Donna Faye Archer and Bobbie June Sanders.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Louise Gosnell (Whitehead); her daughter-in-law Debbie Whitehead; and her grandchildren, Larry Whitehead, Chris Whitehead, Cassie Whitehead, Jared Gosnell (Amanda), Jesse Gosnell (Lisa Funderburk) and Justin Gosnell. She is also survived by 12 Great-Grandchildren.
