He is survived by: his children, Steve, Stan, Steven R. Staggs (Robin), Connie F. Morris and Stanley D. Staggs (Rhonda) of Lindsay; his grandchildren, Brandon Conner (Jessica), Amy Keck (Casey), Stephanie Russell (Riley), Josh Staggs (Tami), Tony Staggs and Leslie Staggs; his great grandchildren, Jordan Clemmer (Zachary), Briar Conner, Laney Conner, Eli Conner, Hunter Russell, Hallee Russell and Axel Jones; his great great grandchild Chloe Clemmer; and his sister Lola Mottinger. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nephews and nieces.
