C. Keiningham (Martha) of Williams, Arizona.; his niece Vonda Holbrook (Kent) of Inola; and his stepsiblings, DeeWayne Howeth (Rebecca) of Broken Arrow and Sharon Onley (Ken) of Edmond. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
