He was predeceased by: his wife Alyce; his parents, Samuel Johnson and Mae Johnson; his former wife Dean; his daughter Carol Dean Johnson; and his siblings, Earl Johnson, Paul Johnson, Virginia Makarski and Marie Peterson.
He is survived by: his children, Kent Johnson of Skiatook, Nina Harrison (Lynn) of Stroud, Danny Johnson of Lindsay, Oklahoma, Donald Johnson (Johnna) of Lindsay, Oklahoma and Ronald Johnson (Ruthie) of Lindsay, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, K. T. Johnson (Krystal), Jeff Johnson, Nick Johnson (Erin), Stephanie McQuilliam (Donald), Destiny Nettles, Kay Lamerton (David), Brenda Petty and Mark Harrison (Lacinda); and his great grandchildren, Adan, Sabina Johnson, Kayman, Kavin, Trayston McQuilliam and Silas Johnson. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.
