He is survived by: his parents, Delno Scruggs and Tina Lou Scruggs (Dutton); his wife Linda Scruggs of Lindsay, Oklahoma; his children, Kevin Scruggs (Brittany) of Lindsay, OK and Marisa Stevens of Lindsay, OK; his sisters, Joy Stewart of Lindsay, OK, Della Thomas (Mike) of Lindsay, OK, Becky White (Carlton) of Lindsay, OK and Twana Shoemake (Glen) of Lindsay, OK; his siblings-in-law, Janice Selzer of Lindsay, OK, Kathie Elred of Tulsa, OK and Larry Bates (Mildred) of Yukon, OK; his grandchildren, Creed Taylor, Harper Scruggs, Jeter Scruggs, Brier Scruggs, Dutton, Henry and Ethel Scruggs; his brother Ricky Scruggs; his nephew Kyle Scruggs; his brothers-in-law, Bob Stewart, Rich Elred, Robert Selzer and Gene Bates; and his grandchildren, Aisley Scruggs and Denson Scruggs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
