He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Elliott and Geraldine Elliott (Ferris). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Osburn; his children, Janae McCune of Visalia, Kari Guitterez (Raymond) of Lindsay and Justin Elliott of California; his brothers, Kenny Elliott (Cheryl) of Hanford and Marty Elliott (Diana) of Hanford, California.; and his grandchildren, Hunter, William, Landon, Caitlyn, Kade, Kinsley, Ava, Adley, Zoe and Maisyn. He is also survived by his family and friends.
