She was predeceased by: her mother Lora Lee Cruse of Lindsay. She is survived by: her husband Bill Cowan of Tulsa.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested a donation be made to the Parkinsons Foundation, 200 SE 1st St. Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131, in honor of Connie Cowan.
