He is survived by: his wife Betty Wallace; his children, Tammie (Darrell Cable), Tina (Rickey Martin) and Kenny (Donna Wallace); his grandchildren, John Mark, Jenny Hornbeck of Moore, Jay Michael (Brook Hornbeck) of Bridgecreek, Kristi, Justin Bray of Lindsay, Kaci and Branden Sapp of Lindsay, Oklahoma.; his great grandchildren, Cale, Colton, Ridley, River, Addi, Emery, Casen, Brystol, Gracey, Jack, Lawson, Brock, Braylie, Emma, Kendall and James; and his sister Ardyth Burk (Olan).
