He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Harrison Smith, Sr. and Goldie Viola Steele Smith; his wife Wanda; his son-in-law Michael Stephen Burnett; and his brothers, Bill and Bob Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda, Jacki (Billy Graham) of Blanchard, Janice Burnett of Stillwater, Brenda (Bobby Motley) of Blanchard and Rusty Smith of Amber; his brothers, Jim Smith (Donna) of Broken Arrow and Jerry Smith (Gayle); his grandchildren, Misti Graham Connelly (Jason), Jessi Graham Adair (Merle), Chris Smith, Cullen Smith, Jake Burnett (Tara), Matthew Burnett, Jenna Toledo (David) and Chole Smith; and his great grandchildren, Kensi, Kaelin Cook, Cullen Smith, Nathan, Landon Burnett, Kaid, Jentry Toledo, Zachary, Racheal, Sydney, Jordan Connelly and Samantha Adair. He is also survived by four children.
