She is survived by: her husband Eric Medellin of Lindsay, Oklahoma; her children, Erika Renae Medellin, Ava Khloe Dawn Medellin and Benjamin Bentley Medellin; her sisters, Misty Sue Quiroz (Adrian), April Nicole Perez, Manny, MaDonna Sue Wesberry (Zachary) and Amy Childers; and her uncle Brad Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces. nephews and other family members.
