It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Matthews (Lexington, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 5, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Green and Della Green (Tyree); her husband Stanley Matthews; her children, Stanley T. Matthews and Della Conners; and her siblings, Lloyd Green, Jr. and Della Phelps.
She is survived by: her husband Stan; and her children, Caroline Stanfield, Samuel Matthews, Mark Matthews, Dennis Matthews, Marvin Matthews and Timothy Matthews. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
