He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Patton and Odie Mae Patton (Keith); his wife Francis Suzanne Patton; and his siblings, Jay Patton and Ellen Patton.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Patton and Robert Patton Jr. of Lequire; his stepdaughter Lisa Long of Keota; his grandchildren, Cindy Howard, Robert Patton III, Derek Patton, Kota Sioux Patton, Chelsi Brown, Allie Wickham and Aubrie Dawn Patton; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Clay, Lakota, Cora, Robert IV, Jemma, Maze, Delinia, Sebastian, Phoenix, Jace, Landon, Annabell and Jeremiah; his great great grandchild Isabella; and his siblings, Patsy Daley of Arizona and Troy John Patton of Idaho.
