It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tony Tolbert of Lenapah, Oklahoma, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tolbert and Martha Tolbert (Oliver); his former wife Victoria; and his brother Billy Tolbert. He is survived by: his wife Giustina Phillips; his stepdaughter Cassandra Thornton of Oklahoma City; his mother-in-law Debbie Phillips; and his brother-in-law Joseph Phillips.
