He is survived by: his parents, Robert Lee Coblentz and Patricia "Pat" Coblentz; his wife Lacey Coblentz; his stepdaughters, Nevaeh Alison, Bella Elkins and Faith Jackson; his siblings, Shawn Coblentz, Bobbi Jo Coblentz, Samantha Allen, Barbara Cole, Robert Coblentz, Zachary Hill and Jordan Hill; and his stepbrothers, Welsh and John Welsh. He is also survived by his family, friends.
