She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo William Kupka and Mary Evelyn Kupka (Neece); her children, Joseph Thacker and Holley Thacker; and her brother-in-law Bill Reece.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Lee Thacker; her daughter Dixie Marie; her grandchildren, Dixie, Joey Barker, Jasey and Jeremiah of Elk City, OK.; and her sisters, Karen Cook of Elk City, OK., Melanie Reece of Elk City, OK. and Lori Kupka of Elk City, OK.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, other relatives and friends.
