She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell McCoy Caldwell and Susie Caldwell (Young); her husband Vern; and her brothers, Robert and Pat.
She is survived by: her daughter Krista Sue; her grandson Dale Boren, Jr.; her wife Christa Boren of Leedey; her great grandchildren, Aidyn Boren, Hudsyn Boren, Holdyn Boren, Adlee Boren and Audree Boren; and also, Camargo and Travis Boren (Jennifer) of Leedey.
