She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Fox and Lois Fox; her husband Hack Hammack; her son Billy Hammack; and her brothers, Floyd Fox, Johnnie Fox and Phillip Fox.
She is survived by: her children, Herbert Hammack Jr. (Jana) of Leedey, OK, Beth Hammond (Tim) of Fort Worth, TX, Juli Stierwalt (Kirk) of Leedey, OK and Joni Lindsey of Altus, OK.; her sister-in-law Linda Fox; her grandchildren, Shena Wilson, Ky Stierwalt, Tara Carr, Cinda Hammack, Kara New, Kyra Lane, Ciara Overman and Macee Ponder; and her great grandchildren, Slaton Wilson, Sawyer Wilson, Kreed New, Statyn Carr, Piper Overman, Chloe New, Lynix Lane, Laityn Overman, Stockton Stierwalt, Scarlett Wilson and Haskle Ponder. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Harvest Fellowship Church (1800 S Hobson Ave, Leedey, OK 73654).
Memorial donations may be made to either the Leedey Methodist Church or Harvest Fellowship Church.
