She was predeceased by: her father James Blaine "Jimmy"; and her parents-in-law, Juanita and Oscar Ommen. She is survived by: her husband Roger Ommen; her children, Rocky Ommen, Khoa Nguyen of New York City, Ryan and Tessa Ommen of Leedey; her siblings, Joyce Johnson (Red) of Elk City and Mike Wilson (Jerri) of Leedey; and her sister-in-law Dianne Ommen Owens (Johnny) of Ft. Supply. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
