He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Boggs and Octavia Boggs; his siblings, Joyce Lee and Leon Boggs; and his grandson Drexel Lee Boggs.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Boggs of Leedey; his children, Dawn Hernandez (Martin), Billie Young (Robert), Jason Boggs (Amanda), Katrina Mercado, Tyler, Eli of Leedey and James Boggs (Sydney); and his sister Regina Hicks (Leon). He is also survived by friends, and co-workers.
