He was predeceased by: his parents, Witcher Cy and Maralyn Lee Howenstine (Orgain). He is survived by: his wife Janice Lydia Reed; his daughter April Miller (Tim) of Clinton, OK; his grandchildren, James Miller, Katelynn and Hannah Howenstine; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Evelyn and Leanna Marques; and his siblings, Cindy Baird (Butch) of Woodward, OK, Sean Howenstine (J. J.) of Arapaho, Heather Howenstine of Oklahoma City and Maralee Wassana of Oklahoma City.
