He is survived by: his daughter Christy Massingill (Earl); his stepchildren, Tammy Page and Bonus; his daughters, Beverly Neesmith and Rebecca Mcqueary (Doug); his grandchildren, Chris Page (Jennifer), Lindsey Page, Takota Massingill, Aury Massingill, Kameron Massingill (Schelbye Blankenship), Roxana Massingill and Brittany Reeder; his great grandchildren, Rankin Page, Gracie Massingill, Zayne Reeder, Gavin Reeder, Leah McQueary and Bentley McQueary; and his siblings, Wayne McDonald (Nancy), Carl Burris (Rachael), Scott Burris (Renee) and Glenda Huffman.
