He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Robert (Alexandra Brickwedde); and his brother Thomas Brickwedde. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Karen Brickwedde; his niece Kimberly De Shais; his nephew Thomas Brickwedde, Jr.; his great-nephew Matt Mosqueda; his grandsons, Matthew, Jr. and Jacob; and his stepmother Betty Andreasson. He is also survived by several siblings from his birth father.
