He is survived by: his father Darrell Allen (Bonita); his aunts and uncles, Karen Granger (Al) of Lawton, OK, Terry Moore of Oklahoma City, OK, Robert Allen (Paula) of Lawton, OK and David Allen (Kim) of Lawton, OK; his stepsiblings, Jeremy Brickley and Amanda Brickley; and his cousins, Elizabeth, Katie, Whitney, Brooklyn, Vanessa, Jennifer A., Bobby, Barbara, Clayton, Cameron, Kristina, Kevin and Brian.
