She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley Simmons (Lawton), Barry Hayes, Jr. (Lawton), Courtney Metcalf (Julian) of Fort Worth and Kelsey Patterson; and her great grandchildren, Kayden West, Jania Metcalf and Josiah Metcalf. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
