Vera MacKey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera MacKey in Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Eugenia (Courbot) and Arthur Henry Steward; her husband Carl; her sons, Carl Lynn Mackey and Leslie Ray Mackey; her siblings, Doris Jean Benton Mainwaring and Arlie Henry Steward; and her grandson Bryant W. Mackey.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Dastrup (Boyd) of Lawton, Oklahoma and Larry Mackey (Glenda) of Dodge City; her niece Mary Addison (Larry) of Cimarron; her daughter-in-law Carol Mackey of Abilene; and her sister Lorraine Everton of Bullhead City, Arizona. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and many great and great-great grandchildren.
