He was predeceased by: his daughter Ciara LaTroyce Certain; his brother Ray Certain; and his grandchild Akeria Waggoner. He is survived by: his children, Troy Hill (Certain Jr.), Shayla Certain and Taylor Certain; and his siblings, Carrie Gaines of Lawton, Wanda Certain of Bellwood, IL, Lonzo Gaines of Lawton, OK, George Certain Jr. of Maywood, IL, Edward Certain of New Orleans, LA and Torrey Certain of Lawton, OK. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, other family members and valued friends.
