He was predeceased by: his parents, Louvenia Alice Fields and Walter Allen Phillips Sr; his grandfather Ezra Tilden Fields Sr.; and his daughter Latisha Fields. He is survived by: his adoptive mother Esther Mae Murray; his children, Louvenia, Kayleigh Fields, Jeremiah, Joshua and Tony; and his brothers, Michael Wayne, Walter Allen Jr and Wade.
