She was predeceased by: her parents, Charity Wade and Charles Hurst. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy, SoJourner Wade-Clark and Mahalia Wade-Fluker; her grandson Graysun E. Wade-Fluker; her siblings, Brenda Lee Wade of Detroit, MI, Charlene James (Richard) of St. Louis, MO, Jerry Wade of Lawton, OK., Eddie Wade (Debra) of Lawton, OK. and Shirley; and her cousin Bobbi. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Was born on September 17, 1969 to Charity Wade and Charles Hurst, both of whom preceded her in death.
