She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Ballard; her brother Nick; and her siblings-in-law, Jane Miers and Harold Ritchardson. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Jack Carden of Lawton; her sons, Bruce Ballard of Cache, OK, Michael Ballard of Cache, OK and Steven Ballard of Lawton, OK; her sisters, Louise Ritchardson of Texarkana, TX, Sandra and Jerry Carr of Clovis, CA; her grandchildren, Jaree (John Chelenza), Brett (Kelsey Carden) and Stacy (Steffan Sigler); and her great grandchild Blakely Carden. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
