She is survived by: her mother Karlyn Epperson; her husband David Thurman; her son Cody Duke; her grandparents, Faye Dotson and Claude Dotson; her aunts, Karen Allen, Kathy Dansby and Carla Williamson of Tyler; her uncle Buddy Dotson (Faye); her stepchildren, Ashley (John), Elaura (Stephen), Evelyn, Carolyn, Kayla (Joseph) and Davia of Lawton, Oklahoma; her mother-in-law Vivian Thurman; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Thurman and Marilyn Thurman of Lawton, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
