She is survived by: her husband Clyde Tilley; her children, Sheryl Rufo (Robert Rufo) of Sterling, OK and Leonard Rhea of Lawton, OK; her grandchildren, Rhealyn Rufo Kindeal Rhea and Kassidy Rhea; and her brother Robert W. Carter (Jeanette).
