She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Chapman and Katherine Chapman; her brother Forrest Chapman; and her former husbands, Michael Mode, Jerry Miller and Albert Silva (Sheryl).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Empson (Rex), Judy Rogers and Linda Gallant (Robert); and her grandchildren, Kelly, Heather, Lyndsey, Haylie, Robert II, Ricky, Katherine, Alexander, Andrew, Elizabeth, Victoria and Ashley.
