She is survived by: her daughter Kayla Hart Osborne (Daniel) of Montgomery; her father Elbert Bentley; her stepmother Kathy Bentley of Lawton; her sisters, Alice Ann Allen (Blake) of Wichita Falls and Kelly Dawn Bentley of Lawton; her grandsons, Jett Cummings-Osborne, Mason Osborne and Chase Osborne; her close friends, Vonda McCune Williams and Jerry Williams; and her caregiver Terry Dirickson. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
