He is survived by: his son Travis Mammedaty of Flagstaff, AZ; and his siblings, Monte Mammedaty of Mountain View, OK, Ralph Mammedaty of Weatherford, OK, Frank Mammedaty (Daisy), Jackie Hainta of Carnegie, OK and Kim Mammedaty.
